On February 27, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law no. 125/2014, of 18 August, decides to adopt a decision of inapplicability, under the terms of subparagraph a) of number 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since the projected operation is not covered by the notification obligation prior notice referred to in article 37 of this law.
