The Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic today, i. e. 2 September 2024, has joined other European competition authorities in the Joint statement by the European Competition Network (ECN) on the European Commission´s (EC) initiative to adopt Guidelines on abusive exclusionary conduct by dominant undertakings.

European Competition Authorities Unite on EC Guidelines for Dominant Undertakings

The Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic has joined other European competition authorities in a joint statement by the European Competition Network (ECN) regarding the European Commission's initiative to adopt Guidelines on abusive exclusionary conduct by dominant undertakings.
