The Hellenic Competition Commission has approved, under conditions, the change of control over K. & N. Euthymiadis by Raidepostos and Certis Belchim in the agricultural inputs sector.

The investigation focused on the sectors of plant protection products and seeds, involving Certis Belchim's global activities in production/supply of these products and K. & N. Euthymiadis' distribution of such products, including those of Certis Belchim.

The parties proposed commitments to address concerns regarding potential exclusion of distributors/competitors of K. & N. Euthymiadis from accessing biological insecticide products in Greece, ensuring sales/distribution to existing and future customers for five years.
