A court has confirmed the UOKiK President's ruling on Jeronimo Martins Polska's unfair practices. The owner of Biedronka was found to have no right to demand discounts from suppliers that were not previously agreed upon in the contract.

                        The fine imposed by the court for the abuse of bargaining power amounts to over 506 million złoty.
