The CNMC has issued a requirement for the annulment of regulations that give preferential treatment to companies that have previously received assistance from the Ministry of Economy, Finance, and Employment in the distribution of subsidies for training unemployed individuals in the Community of Madrid. The CNMC argues that this requirement is discriminatory and violates the Law on the Guarantee of Market Unity. In another case, the CNMC has challenged excessive documentation requirements imposed by the City Council of Huesca for the installation of photovoltaic panels, and has also criticized the refusal of the Junta de Castilla-La Mancha to recognize the competence of a mining engineer in the registration of a low-voltage electrical installation.
