On January 24, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law no. 125/2014, of 18 August, decides to adopt a decision of non-opposition to the concentration operation, under the terms of paragraph b) of number 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not susceptible to create significant impediments to effective competition in the national market or in a substantial part of it.

AdC Approves Merger between Sintokogio and Elastikos

The Portuguese Competition Authority (AdC) has approved the merger between Sintokogio and Elastikos, stating that it does not raise significant competition concerns.
