The conference focused on the impact of the Supreme Court's latest decisions on national competition authority's enforcement activities, with discussions led by experts from the GVH and the Supreme Court.

The GVH has made significant efforts in recent years to modernize and promote cooperation with businesses, resulting in a decrease in the proportion of cases where sanctioned companies sought legal remedies, and courts mostly upheld the GVH's position on competition law violations.

The Supreme Court's decisions were highlighted as providing a solid foundation for the GVH's future effective and successful legal application, contributing to creating an ideal investment and operational environment for businesses and economic growth.
