Elering AS has approached the Competition Authority with a request to approve changes in gas network contract terms. The proposed new terms aim to replace the current pricing model, which charges based on actual capacity used, with a system that charges based on contractual capacity at the connection point.

The Competition Authority has released the document containing the proposed gas network contract terms for public consultation. Market participants are invited to provide their feedback and comments on the proposed terms by August 15, 2024, via email to info@konkurentsiamet.ee.
