Recent regulations allow direct contracts between group companies if competition in the markets is not distorted, requiring an assessment by the competition authority.

The CNMC's evaluation found no apparent competition distortions in the analyzed contract between Enusa and Etsa, ensuring market prices, and maintaining competitive neutrality through contract clauses. The CNMC can provide consultative services to various entities as per its legal mandate.
