The CNMC approved seven concentration operations in July without imposing any commitments on the parties involved. One of the approved transactions was the acquisition of joint control of Wamos Air by Wamos Executive and Abra Group. Wamos Air is active in aircraft leasing services and charter flights. The CNMC found minimal horizontal and vertical overlaps, deeming the operation not harmful to competition.
Another approved operation was the creation of the Joint Venture Terafront Farmatech by Pharmaceutical Laboratories Rovi, Insud Pharma, and Innvierte Econom铆a Sostenible. This joint venture aims to focus on innovative healthcare technologies under a government-approved project. The CNMC highlighted the minimal competition concerns in these transactions, emphasizing the lack of significant overlaps in the markets.
Oshkosh Corporation gained control of Ausa, a global compact equipment manufacturer, through Jlg Emea. This acquisition strengthens Oshkosh's presence in light construction machinery markets without significant competition concerns. The CNMC noted the limited impact on market dynamics due to existing competition and customer power in these sectors.
