Two consumer NGOs in Poland, Fundacja ProPublika and Fundacja LexCultura, have been awarded grants totaling 800,000 PLN for the years 2024-2025 to educate young consumers.
The open grant competition, 'Consumer Rights - Education of Children and Youth 2024-2025,' will focus on practical and engaging education for preschoolers, older primary school students, and their teachers nationwide.
Fundacja ProPublika will lead a two-year educational project for preschools with a grant of 300,000 PLN, while Fundacja LexCultura will implement a project for schools with a grant of 500,000 PLN.
During the evaluation of proposals, criteria such as the idea and proposed quality of execution, qualifications of the project team, methods of reaching target groups, project scope, and cost calculation were taken into account.
