CCA 2023 Annal Report accepted by the Croatian Parliament  
                     

Pursuant to Article 81 of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia and Article 165 relating to Article 44 paragraph 4 of the Standing Orders of the Croatian Parliament, in its 4th session of 15 November 2024 and after the discussion about the Annual Report of the Croatian Competition Agency for 2023 by the Economy Committee and Agricultural Committee, the Croatian Parliament accepted the Annual Report of the Croatian Competition Agency for 2023.

Croatian Parliament Accepts CCA 2023 Annual Report

The Croatian Parliament, in its 4th session of 15 November 2024, accepted the Annual Report of the Croatian Competition Agency for 2023 as per constitutional and parliamentary regulations.

 The report was discussed by the Economy Committee and Agricultural Committee before being accepted by the Croatian Parliament, indicating a thorough review process.
