ACM Revokes License of Small Energy Supplier All in Power

09.10.2024 | 🇳🇱 Dutch competition authority

The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has revoked the license of energy supplier All in Power due to concerns about its financial situation and inability to supply energy securely.

The ACM has revoked the license of All in Power, a small energy supplier in the Netherlands, as it was deemed incapable of supplying energy securely. The company offered dynamic energy contracts to around 500 households and small-scale users.

All in Power had been under heightened oversight by the ACM due to financial concerns and a lack of active executives. Despite warnings, the company failed to rectify its financial and administrative issues, leading to the revocation of its license.

Customers of All in Power will be transitioned to new energy suppliers, either through their own search or automatic distribution by November 5, 2024. During this period, customers cannot switch suppliers themselves but will be contacted by their new supplier regarding contract details.

The revocation of All in Power's license will not impact the supply of electricity but may have financial implications for customers owed money by the company. Customers with outstanding financial issues are advised to contact All in Power for resolution.
