The behavior of introducing false or misleading signals regarding energy product supply, demand, or pricing corresponds to market manipulation or attempted market manipulation, breaching the EU Regulation No. 1227/2011.
The infringement by Neuro Energía y Gestión is classified as severe under the Electric Sector Law.
