The European Commission has initiated a public consultation to gather feedback on the draft guidelines concerning abusive practices that can potentially exclude competitors from the market, such as predatory pricing and refusal to supply.

Through these guidelines, the Commission aims to clarify EU case law and provide greater legal certainty for both consumers and businesses. Interested parties can submit their comments until October 31, 2024, with the final guidelines expected to be published in 2025.
