Slovenian Competition Agency Approves Acquisition of Control over Multiple Companies

The Slovenian Competition Agency has made a decision regarding the acquisition of exclusive control over multiple companies by Express S.r.l. from Italy. The companies involved in the concentration are Aegida Services, Arko Shipping, DepoLink, TPG Express, and MYLAND, all based in Koper, Slovenia.

 The decision states that this notified concentration is not subject to the provisions of the Slovenian Prevention of Monopoly Practices and Restriction of Competition Act (ZPOmK-2).
