Despite the price reductions, measures to protect consumers were extended into 2023 and partially into 2024, with a focus on enhancing consumer choice and promoting market flexibility.

Additionally, the report shows a recovery in market share for non-traditional suppliers, particularly in the SME and industrial segments, while consumer demand decreased, possibly influenced by high prices, energy efficiency measures, and the growth of self-consumption.
