The Competition Commission, in its plenary session, has issued a unanimous decision (No. 867/2024) approving the acquisition of exclusive control over M.T. Anonymous Company by Mytilineos Technical Constructions, in accordance with Article 8, paragraph 3 of Law 3959/2011.

The Commission assessed that this concentration, which pertains to the construction sector and other markets such as waste management services, supply of equipment and consumables for waste management, and the market for metal constructions, does not raise serious doubts regarding its compatibility with competition requirements in the relevant markets.
