The Warsaw Stock Exchange Foundation is hosting the 4th edition of the Financial Education Day, in line with the celebrations of the Year of Economic Education 2024. The event will feature practical sessions with experts, including lectures, Oxford-style debates, and demonstration lessons on investing, personal finance, and saving.

One of the modules will focus on protecting personal finances, with a session by Agnieszka Szafran from the UOKiK office in Bydgoszcz discussing dark patterns - deceptive online interfaces - and providing advice on safeguarding against such manipulations.

Registration is open for the event happening on October 23, 2024, either online or in-person at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Participation is free of charge.

The Warsaw Stock Exchange Foundation is the main organizer of the event, with the Warsaw Stock Exchange as a co-organizer. The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) is a substantive partner of the event.
