The Belgian Competition Authority approves the acquisition of A.M. Group by Trixxo Jobs 
 
On 17 December 2024, the Belgian Competition Authority (“BCA”) approved the acquisition of A.M. Group by Trixxo 
Jobs. 
The  concentration  was  notified  on  11 December  2024  and  the  application  of  the  simplified  procedure  was 
requested. 
Trixxo Jobs is part of the Trixxo Group, a services group which has become specialised in housekeeping services and 
temporary  employment  (with  permanent  employment possibilities)  in  Belgium  (primarily  in  Flanders)  and  the 
Netherlands. 
 
A.M.  Group  is  a  services  group  active  in  HR-services  in  Belgium  (primarily  in  Flanders).  A.M.  Group  is  active  in 
different  sectors  with  varying  packages,  including  temporary  employment, payroll and projectsourcing services, 
both through brick and mortar agencies and online platforms. 
 
In  its  decision  of  17  December  2024,  the  BCA  found  that  the  conditions  for  the  application  of  the  simplified 
procedure were met and that the notified concentration did not raise objections.

The Belgian Competition Authority (BCA) is an independent administrative authority that contributes to the definition 
and implementation of competition policy in Belgium. Concretely, the BCA pursues anti-competitive practices, such 
as cartels and abuses of a dominant position, and reviews the main merger operations. The BCA cooperates with the 
other competition authorities of the member states of the European Union and the European Commission within the 
European Competition Network (ECN) 

BCA Greenlights Trixxo Jobs' Acquisition of A.M. Group

On December 17, 2024, the Belgian Competition Authority (BCA) announced its approval of Trixxo Jobs' acquisition of A.M. Group. The acquisition was officially notified to the BCA on December 11, 2024, and the authority determined that the conditions for applying a simplified procedure were satisfied.

 Trixxo Jobs is part of the Trixxo Group, which specializes in housekeeping services and temporary employment in Belgium, particularly in Flanders, as well as in the Netherlands. A.M. Group operates in the HR-services sector in Belgium, also focusing on Flanders, and offers a variety of services including temporary employment, payroll, and project sourcing through both physical agencies and online platforms.

 The BCA's decision indicates that the merger does not raise any competitive concerns, allowing Trixxo Jobs to proceed with the acquisition without objections.
