Konkurences padome (KP) ceturtdien 13. jūnijā, plkst. 10.00 aicina plašsaziņas līdzekļu pārstāvjus uz preses konferenci, kurā informēs par pieņemto lēmumu, kurā tika konstatēta aizliegta vienošanās apgaismes priekšmetu tirdzniecības tirgū. Aizliegta vertikāla vienošanās izpaudās kā apgaismes priekšmetu tālākpārdošanas cenu noteikšana un projektu sadale, par ko var tikt piemērots naudas sods līdz 5% no uzņēmuma apgrozījuma.   



Preses konferencē piedalīsies:

KP priekšsēdētājs Juris Gaiķis;
	KP Aizliegtu vienošanos departamenta direktore Ieva Šmite.



Preses konference notiks ceturtdien, 13. jūnijā, no plkst. 10.00 līdz 11.00 Konkurences padomes telpās Rīgā, Brīvības ielā 55 (2. ieeja, no apļa ap Veco Ģertrūdes baznīcu, 3.stāvs).

Competition Council to Address Illegal Agreement in Lighting Products Market

The Competition Council has scheduled a press conference to announce a decision regarding an illegal agreement in the lighting products market. The agreement involved setting resale prices and project distribution, potentially leading to fines of up to 5% of a company's turnover.

The press conference will feature the Chairman of the Competition Council, Juris Gaiķis, and the Director of the Department of Prohibited Agreements, Ieva Šmite. It will take place on Thursday, June 13, from 10:00 to 11:00 at the Competition Council's premises in Riga.
