06.10.2024 | đŸ‡đŸ‡· Croatian competition authority

The European Commission is seeking feedback from suppliers in the agricultural and food supply chain to evaluate measures against unfair trading practices.

The European Commission is conducting its fifth annual survey to evaluate the effectiveness of measures taken by the EU to address unfair trading practices in the agricultural and food supply chain. The survey aims to assess the impact of trading practices on suppliers due to imbalances in bargaining power.

The survey targets suppliers at various stages of the agricultural and food supply chain, including production, trade, processing, and wholesale. It is being carried out across all EU Member States.

The survey will remain open for responses until 17 December 2024 and is estimated to take about 15 minutes to complete. Once completed, anonymised results will be made public on the European Commission's website.
